Oath

I pledge that, as a member of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, I will at all times honour the art of cuisine and the culture of the table.

I pledge to always fulfill my obligations of brotherhood and of respect for my fellow members of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.

Je fais le serment de ne jamais profaner et toujours soigner un rôti à la broche ainsi que les grillades.

Rôtisseurs soyons unis

Aux quatre coins du monde,
Nous faisons la ronde,
Partout notre Chaîne
Est l’emblème des Chevalier.

Nous avons un but suprême,
pour tous il faut bonne chère,
seul moyen de faire régner
la fraternité.
