The night started great with the hors d'oeuvers and champagene at the new and elegant Zok Bar & Lounge.
The Chefs made their mark with picture perfect food that was exquisite.
Working with Chef Luca, Executive Chef Patrick and all the staff for the last month was easy and professional.
Anne Marie was great in taking care of all the details.
As we started dinner the wines were matching up beautiful with the food and Chef Luca provided excellent introductions of each course.
The Lasagna with Marjoram pheasant Ragout was the favourite of many and the olive oil sorbet was fantastic, too.
For others the Tuna Tartar with the black Truffles or the sublime dessert with the Hazelnut Mascarpone Foam were the highlights.
Thanks to the team for a wonderful night at La Scala restaurant. A true dining excellence!
