We are delighted to have arranged a very special evening with Marc and Corry, the Belgian owners of the Royale Nam Tok restaurant. The restaurant is located on the road leading to Kathu Waterfall and is very clearly signposted when you arrive at their Soi.
The evening's programme will start at 7.30pm with a Champagne Gosset (Brut Excellence) reception with a selection of Appetizers including Cr?me Brulee of Foie Gras and port wine; Espuma of tomato with shrimps and fried celery; toast with Quail's egg and Ruccola. The menu that follows is:
- Galette of Thai Turbot filled with Duxelles of mushrooms, a sauce of oriental herbs and coffee perfume, spoon with gratined Oyster. This course will be accompanies by Chardonnay Anakena 2005, Rappel Valley of Chile
- Capucino of Lobster Bisque perfumed with Pastis
- Medaillion of Veal baked with 3-Peppers 'Japanses Style' and canap? of potato filled with vegetables. (The wine for this course will be decided at the tasting by the Council)
- The Grand Dessert of "Royale Nam Tok"
- Sorbet of pineapple perfurmed with mint, parsley and basil
- Sabayon of Peter Heering with pink pepper
- Biscuit glace of Speculoos with Advocat and Mocca sauce
- Coffee or Tea a la carte with home-made sweets and biscuits from the oven
