Chaîne des Rotisseurs Dinner

Members who attend July event quoted our dinner at The Fireplace Grill as “the best dinner of the year”. We had the pleasure of welcoming visiting Bailli Delegue from Macau Mr. Don Hall whom was accompany by few more members of Macau. We also had visiting members from Germany present at our dinner in total 52 members and guest has enjoyed the evening tremendously. Our sincere appreciations go to the host, our very own members Mr. Brian Connelly and Shane Giles of Intercontinental Hotel Group who has put on such a great event for us. We have seen that both gentlemen gave so much effort and dedication to excellence to the Chaine with the planning of the event from day one. The dedications only found in a true spirits of La Chaine des Rotisseurs. Members and guest were welcomed with piano recital by a young talent Mr. Issara and our surprise opera tunes by our soprano Khun Alisa Nana that comfort our ears while the seafood bar and champagnes kindle our appetite. Our dinner was a perfect marriage of excellence cuisine lovingly paired with France finest wines. Service staff were attentive and professional, over all, an excellent dinner!
