7.00pm Reception on the Neptune Terrace with Laurent Perrier champagne & canapés
7.30pm Welcome from our Bailli - Howard Digby-Johns
7.45pm Dinner is Served (in the kitchen!):-

Selection de Fruits de Mer (Oysters, Crab, Prawns) with 2006 Talamanca Sauvignon Blanc, Chile Seared Scallop & Goose Liver in Cepes Mushroom & Fennel Cappuccino with 2003 Wolf Blass Frontignac Traminer, Australia Salmon Parfait & Caviar in Savoy cabbage on Cress sauce with 2005 Beaujolais-Villages, Georges Dubouef, France Lemongrass Yoghurt Sorbet

Snowfish & Lobster with Avocado & Beetroot purees with 1999 Pinot Noir, Napa Valley, Robert Mondavi, California Bitter chocolate mousse & Grand Marnier cremeux with orange, black pepper compote with Vino Santo, Umbria, Lungarotti, Italy Coffee, tea with a palette of spicy chocolates
