On behalf of the La Chaine des Rotisseurs Thailand I salute you and your Staff for a splendid evening at Lympheas Restaurant.

The night started great with the hors d'oeuvres and champagne in the wine room. Having tasted the food a few weeks ago, I knew we wore in good hands when the food was not only excellent but also the portion sizes were perfect. The Chefs made their mark with picture perfect food that tasted exquisite. Working with Executive Chef Nikolaos and you for the last month was effortless and professional.

The menus that were provided to each guest was a nice touch and very stylish. My favorite course was the Pan-fried Foie Gras with peach and cranberry salad.

The service and entertainment provided the perfect feeling to a majestic evening. I'm sure our esteemed member Mr. Claude Scheffer will be disappointed that he missed the dinner.

Let me again thank you and all of the hotel staff for an extraordinary night at
Les Nympheas Restaurant.
