Bailliage de ThailandeThe Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, Bailliage de Thailande, unites professional chefs, hoteliers, food and wine suppliers as well as non-professional gastronomes. Meeting at carefully selected and fine establishments, we organise an average of ten events annually with the goal of creating an exceptional gastronomic experience among friends accompanied by fine and appropriate wines. We all very much enjoy the pleasures of the table and as part of an international organisation we are most happy to offer a warm and sincere welcome to international members and their guests visiting Thailand. The communal ‘joie de vivre’ is what defines life in Thailand. This wonderful attitude enables traditions to coexist easily with modern trends. In this environment of creativity, cooks in Thailand concoct a seemingly endless variety of dishes, whether from the old Royal recipes, from traditional European cuisine, the latest in fusion to the simple local dishes guided by seasonal and regional necessity.
